Inhouse Consultant

A recruiter, planner, flex coach, and relationship manager all in one – that's you! You understand how to communicate with both the client and our employees on the work floor. You can easily switch between these parties and don’t get thrown off if your schedule unexpectedly has gaps.

You draw energy from achieving a good match between both parties. You are responsible for the personnel planning of multiple clients, working together with your colleagues. You get creative to ensure the personnel planning runs smoothly and is filled. You know how to effectively use recruitment opportunities and apply them to find the right candidate for the client, thus filling the schedule. Additionally, you are responsible for all administrative tasks related to the planning and recruitment process. In this role, you ensure that both the client and the employee are satisfied.

You are administratively strong, and organizing is one of your key strengths. You deliver quality service and do what you say, ensuring the attendance of temporary workers and anticipating on it. To keep your staffing optimal, you maintain good contact with both the client and the temp workers. Staying calm is also important since last-minute requests may come from the client. Stress resistance is essential! In short, this is a role with a lot of responsibility where dynamism takes the lead.

Additionally, you will:

• Maintain close contact with the client;
• Handle administrative tasks, including payroll administration;
• Ensure the temp workers participate in the onboarding program;
• Monitor the attendance of the temp workers;
• Contribute to process improvements.

You ensure visibility with this new client and are excellent at relationship management. You stand firm, are communicatively skilled, and are eager to get started for our logistics client in Tilburg. For Timing, you are the connecting factor between the temporary worker and the client.

• You are available 32-40 hours per week;
• You hold an MBO 4 diploma;
• You have a driver’s license (B) and your own transport;
• You are administratively skilled and communicatively strong.
