Inhouse Consultant

As an Inhouse Consultant, you work directly at the client’s site and are responsible for everything related to HR. You are the first point of contact for both the client and the flex workers employed there. With your own transport, you will work across different locations.

Your role covers a wide range of tasks: from conducting interviews and performance reviews to scheduling shifts, giving site tours, and monitoring absenteeism. You also act as a key sparring partner for management and team leaders, providing advice on market developments and HR policies. In addition, you are regularly present on the work floor to support both flex workers and team leaders.

• A completed MBO4 degree or HBO-level working and thinking skills
• Available for 40 hours per week (36 hours negotiable)
• Flexible: you don’t mind working at different locations, with different companies
• Independent and responsible
• In possession of a driver’s license and own transport
