Wat ga je doen?
As an Account Specialist, you work directly on-site with the client and are responsible for everything related to HR. You are the first point of contact for both the client and the flex workers employed there.
Your role involves a wide range of tasks: from conducting interviews and performance reviews to scheduling shifts, giving tours, and monitoring absenteeism. You also serve as an important sparring partner for management and team leaders, providing advice on market developments and HR policies. Additionally, you're regularly present on the work floor to support both flex workers and team leaders.

Over jou:
- Available for 40 hours per week; 36 hours is possible in consultation
- An assertive and confident conversation partner who can quickly switch between different levels — from management and team leaders to flex workers
- Flexible: able to take on multiple roles simultaneously and handle fluctuating workloads effectively
- Independent and responsible
- In possession of a driver’s license and own transport
- You also have the following qualities: no-nonsense mentality, hands-on attitude, result-oriented, and committed
